ATTENTION ALL KIDS KART CLUB ENTHUSIASTS! Kart Club apparel, drinkware, and misc. items now available at www.cafepress.com/kidskartclub.

2012 BUILD SEASON begins at 6:00 pm on Monday January 9th.  We will meet at the kart shop located at 333 Cecil St., Neenah.  If you built a kart at the shop in the past and are looking for something to do this winter, we can always use an extra hand to help the new people building karts.  Remember: safety glasses and gloves, see you there!

ENGINE REMINDER  For the 2012 race season all entry karts will be required to have a Briggs & Stratton engine installed to race at the Kids Kart Club track (keep this in mind if buying a used kart).

INVITATION TO MEADOWVIEW RACEWAY, It was great to see many of you visit Meadowview Raceway this season! Let me extend an invitation to you to come back again next season.  If you haven't been there I'd like to take this opportunity to extend an invitation for you to do so.  We'd love to see you there.  Meadowview is a 1/5th mile clay oval with some banking.  It's a very nice track with large grass pit areas.  Kurt and Missy Seefeld have owned and run the track for 12 years.  They are great people as are most of the people that race there. There is always someone there to help you if you need it. Often times competitors help each other in the pits even though they may be racing against each other on the track.  It's a great track and it's close to home with racing on Sat night. One of the nice things about racing on Sat night is that you have all day to prepare and Sunday to recuperate if necessary.  We'd like to create a season championship class for you and are open to suggestions.
I will inform you when the spring organizational meeting will be so you can attend that as well.
The price to race for members is $22.00, for non members is $27.00, pit pass is $12.00.

KART MAINTENANCE NIGHT The go-kart shop is open on Tuesday nights from 6-9 pm for kart repairs or purchase/pay for parts.  The kart shop is located at 333 Cecil St., Neenah.

ATTENTION: If you have just purchased a used kart built through the Kids Kart Club program, before you can begin racing on Monday nights you must stop at our build shop (333 Cecil St. Neenah) on a Monday (until May 9th) or Tuesday night between 6:00-9:00 pm to register, fill out an insurance form and pay the initiation fee.  Thank you.

2011 RACE TRACK RULES & OPERATION! A committee of club members gathered this winter to reviewed and update our track rules and operation.  To save on printing costs we are posting the "Rules" handbook here on line.  Please read it to be familiar with the changes that will be in place from now on at the kart track. 2011 Race Track Rules & Operation

IN CASE OF RAIN! During our race season, if racing is questionable due to the weather call the kart shop (720-0085), wait for the answering machine for track information.  Cancellations will be announced at 4:45 pm but please do not call before 4:45 pm as this ties up the answering machine and the message can't be recorded. Or check for a update at  http://twitter.com/kidskartclub

RACE NIGHT INFORMATION! The gate to the track is open by 5:00 pm, drivers and pit people may come, pay pit fees and begin kart prep.  By 6:00 pm all drivers should have signed in at concession stand, paid pit/race fees, signed in at scoring table and be gathered in bleachers for drivers meeting (a parent should also be present for the drivers meeting).  Racing will start promptly between 6:15-6:30 pm.
